Private work is for founders with a way to get the work built
Before we start, I'll want to know one thing. Once we decide what this business should look like, who's going to build it? That can be you, your team, contractors, an agency, or FableForge's Tech Team.
You don't need proven demand, an established offer, a certain revenue, a team, or a mature business. Some of those may be exactly what we end up fixing.
Every private engagement starts with 90 minutes on your real problem
I don't start a Redesign with someone I haven't talked to. So private work starts with a Strategy Session.
You get 90 minutes on a real problem and an action plan you keep either way. I get to see what your business actually needs. Then we both know whether the bigger work makes sense, or whether one session was enough.
90-Minute Strategy Session: a fix for one problem
Bring one problem. Maybe your offers feel messy, or you're not sure who you're for. Maybe the business is doing well and you're miserable running it. Maybe you're weighing a pivot, or trying to decide what to stop.
In 90 minutes we diagnose what's actually going on and build a concrete action plan around how your brain works. You get a written debrief within 48 hours. BizLab members book it too, when they want focused 1-on-1 time.
When one problem turns out to be the whole design
Sometimes the stuck piece is the whole design showing through. If that's what we find, I'll tell you. We can keep patching pieces, or spend four weeks redesigning the whole thing so the decisions work together. You leave with your action plan either way, and the choice is yours.

The Redesign ends with a 90-Day Build Plan. You can take it and run with it, with or without me.
It stops at strategic clarity on purpose. Detailed SOPs, workflows, marketing, tech builds, and team training come next, while the plan gets built.
Four weeks that are live when it helps and async the rest of the time
- Week 1: a substantial live kickoff
- Week 2: one live decision session
- Week 3: mostly async
- Week 4: a final live session
Everything in between happens async, in comments, voice notes, Looms, and documents. You think it through when your brain is ready, not on the spot in a meeting.

90-Day Implementation Advisory: make the new version of your business real
After a Redesign, the building starts. You, your team, or the people you've brought in turn the plan into a working business. Things come up that no plan predicted. The Advisory keeps the design intact while it gets built.
What I do while you build
- Answer strategic questions and help you decide as they come up
- Review the work your team or vendors produce
- Pressure-test ideas before you commit to them
- Troubleshoot implementation problems
- Adjust the design when real life hands us new information
You or your people run the project, and I protect the design
I'm not your project manager. I don't chase contractors, assign tasks, or manage deadlines. My job is to keep the design whole while it turns into the real thing.
Answers within a business day, without a standing meeting
You get a private async channel, and I reply within 1 business day. Questions get answered while they're fresh, instead of waiting for next week's call.
When a problem needs a live conversation, we schedule one. That's usually no more than two or three a month. Each month you also get a written review: what moved, what's stuck, what changed, and what needs a decision.
$1,500 a month, in 90-day blocks that never renew on their own
The Advisory runs for 90 days at $1,500 a month. Before the 90 days are up, we talk about whether another block makes sense. It never renews automatically.
The Advisory is open to you once you've done a 4-Week Business Redesign.
You build it, with your own people or FableForge's Tech Team
I design what to build. BizLab guides you while you build it. FableForge builds the tech within its lane.
If you don't have the hands, FableForge is where to find them. It's my software company. You get HighLevel-based software for $127 a month, plus about $300 a month for the Tech Team.
The Tech Team works through a queue of tech, design, and marketing tasks within its scope. That covers HighLevel builds, websites, funnels, automations, forms, content production, and AI-assisted graphics. It's execution muscle. You still decide what gets done, and in what order.
