As a Business Designer, Christina "Blue" Hooper is on a mission to revolutionize the entrepreneurial experience.
She's all about changing the game for neurodivergent entrepreneurs. She knows it's all about understanding deeply, unlocking potential, and building businesses that aren't just successful but fulfilling.
She's bringing together powerful and passionate mentors in a space where differences are strengths, where every challenge is a chance to innovate, and where everyone gets to live their best life through the journey of entrepreneurship.
Short Bio
Christina started her career as a mechanical drafter turned computer programmer & software engineer before realizing corporate life didn't suit her out-of-the-box thinking.
In 2006, Christina began moonlighting as a web designer and developer. Over the next decade, she transitioned from employee to contractor to full-time business owner as her skills grew from designer to developer to marketer to mentor.
Now, 17 years later, as a proud neurodivergent thinker, Christina brings a unique perspective to 3 different businesses — using unconventional frameworks and high-fives to empower misfit entrepreneurs to turn big dreams into businesses that change lives.
Long Bio
Christina started her career as a mechanical drafter turned computer programmer & software engineer before realizing corporate life didn't suit her out-of-the-box thinking.
In 2006, Christina began moonlighting as a web designer and developer — starting her first side business with a single $500 project. While barely sleeping between building her business and raising two young kids, she quickly went all in on entrepreneurship.
Over the next decade, Christina transitioned from employee to contractor to full-time business owner as her skills grew from designer to developer to marketer to mentor.
Now, 17 years later, Christina runs three businesses:
1) A consultancy where she works as a Business Designer, helping creative entrepreneurs architect sustainable, scalable, successful ventures.
2) A digital marketing agency where her team brings her vision to life for clients.
3) The Neuro-Spicy Academy where neurodivergent entrepreneurs cultivate their gifts with Christina's support and that of her two partners.
As a proud neurodivergent thinker and ADHD-er, Christina brings a unique perspective shaped by her own experience plus over 50 certifications. Her superpower is using unconventional frameworks and high-fives to empower misfit entrepreneurs to turn big dreams into businesses that change lives.
